Metabolic · 5mg + 5mg × 10 vials
Pre-mixed research blend: cagrilintide 5mg (long-acting amylin analog) and retatrutide 5mg (GLP-1/GIP/glucagon triple receptor agonist) in one vial.
Each vial combines two separately studied research peptides. Cagrilintide is a long-acting, non-fibrillating amylin analog with a half-life of roughly a week; it acts on amylin receptors in the hindbrain that govern satiety and gastric emptying. Retatrutide is an investigational single-molecule agonist of the GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors.
The two act on separate receptor families, which is the rationale for studying amylin analogs alongside incretin agonists; cagrilintide's best-known pairing is with semaglutide (CagriSema). There is no published clinical trial of this exact cagrilintide + retatrutide combination, so its effects are not established. Neither compound is FDA-approved.
