Our products are manufactured by partner laboratories in Hong Kong and mainland China, tested by an independent laboratory, and stocked and shipped from Texas. In-stock orders ship from our Texas stock; made-to-order and international orders ship directly from the manufacturer. Nothing we sell is made in the United States.
Laws governing research compounds vary by country, state, and region. It is your sole responsibility to verify that purchasing, receiving, and possessing these products is legal in your jurisdiction before ordering.
We collect only what is needed to fulfill your order: name, email, phone, and shipping address. Telegram handle is optional for tracking updates. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Card payments are processed by Square and never stored by us.
All data transmitted through our site is encrypted via HTTPS/SSL. Card processing is handled by Square, a PCI-DSS compliant processor. We never store full payment card details on our servers.
In-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Made-to-order items ship on the timeline shown on their product card — about a week for restock items, 2-3 weeks for manufacturer-sourced items. You will receive tracking information via Telegram or email once your order ships.
Certificates of analysis are linked on the product cards for 22 of our 37 compounds. Each certificate is an HPLC purity test issued by an independent laboratory (Janoshik Analytical, Chromate, or Finnrick) on a sample of the production batch submitted by our manufacturing partner. A certificate shows purity and identity; it is not a sterility or endotoxin test. The certificates currently posted are dated between September 2025 and February 2026. If you want a current certificate for a specific batch, ask before ordering and we will obtain it.

If your order arrives damaged, is clearly missing items, does not arrive within the expected delivery window, or is held or seized by customs, we reship at no additional cost. If you would rather not have it reshipped, we will issue store credit for the value of the affected items instead.
We do not refund change of mind — once an order ships, the sale is final. We do stand behind every order: if a shipment is damaged, short, lost, or held or seized by customs, we reship it at no cost, or issue store credit if you would rather not wait. And if we cannot fulfil an order at all, we refund it in full, shipping included.
To initiate a reship, message @jordanb_pp on Telegram with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within a few hours and resolve same-day where possible.

Almost every in-stock item delivers in 2-5 business days — US orders ship tracked by UPS or USPS; international orders ship from the manufacturer by tracked courier. A smaller number of made-to-order items deliver in about 2 weeks (occasionally up to 3), and are clearly marked on the product card.

Expedited shipping: US orders move by tracked UPS or USPS and international orders by tracked courier from the manufacturer, typically 2-5 business days; faster Air upgrades available on request. Single vials ship US-domestic only — international orders are kits. We confirm we can reach your destination before you pay; message us first if you are ordering from outside the US. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. If a package is held or seized by customs, we reship once at no additional cost under our shipment protection policy.
Every compound we stock is tested by a third-party laboratory before it ships. Here is the full methodology.
All compounds are tested using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), the industry-standard analytical method for verifying peptide identity and purity. Tested batches receive a Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming the result; certificates are posted for 22 of our 37 compounds.
Testing is performed by independent third-party laboratories (Janoshik Analytical, Chromate, Finnrick) on production-batch samples submitted by our manufacturing partner. Certificates are posted on the product cards for 22 of our 37 compounds; for any product whose certificate is not posted or is older than you would like, request one and we will provide it before you order.
Our sourcing standard is a minimum purity of 98% by HPLC. Where a certificate has been issued for a compound it is posted on the product card; for compounds without a posted certificate, request one before ordering.
HPLC separates a dissolved sample through a pressurized column and produces a chromatographic profile. This profile is compared against a certified reference standard to confirm:
This is the same methodology used in pharmaceutical manufacturing QC. A COA with an HPLC purity result of 98%+ is the gold standard for research peptide verification.
Note on independent testing: We publish the independent labs' certificates as issued. Independent re-testing of inventory samples is planned as we scale. The methodology is identical, only the testing party differs.
