When you place an order we collect the minimum information necessary to fulfill it: your name, shipping address, email, phone, and payment information. Telegram handle is optional and used only for tracking updates. We do not store full credit card numbers. Card payments are processed entirely by Square.

All data transmitted through our site is encrypted via HTTPS/SSL. Order records are stored on password-protected servers. Access to customer data is limited to the operator. We do not use third-party CRM or email-marketing platforms.
Our site uses your browser's localStorage to remember your shopping cart and checkout form fields between sessions, and a first-party referral cookie (pp_ref, 90 days) to credit the partner who referred you.
We also load three third-party tags: Google Analytics for traffic measurement, and the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel for advertising attribution. The two advertising pixels are operated by Meta and TikTok, they set their own cookies, and they can associate your visit with an account on those platforms — so treat them as advertising tracking, not anonymous analytics. If you would rather not be measured this way, use a tracker-blocking browser or extension; the site works normally without them.
You may request a copy of your personal data, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion of your records at any time by contacting us via Telegram or email. We will action the request within 30 days. We may retain the minimum needed for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes, and we will tell you if that applies.
If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object to processing, to request portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights — and we confirm we do not sell personal information.
We keep order records for 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Details you save to an account are kept until you delete the account or ask us to remove them. Telegram conversations are retained while you remain a customer.
This site is intended for people aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
