The COA includes the lot number, test date, methodology, and purity result. We require 98%+ HPLC purity. Any batch below this threshold is rejected outright.

High-Performance Liquid Chromatography is the method used to verify that a compound is what it claims to be and to measure how pure it is. A sample is dissolved in solvent and passed through a column at high pressure. Different molecules move through at different speeds, producing a unique profile compared against a reference standard.
For peptides, HPLC testing confirms amino acid sequence fidelity and identifies any degradation products or synthesis byproducts present. A purity of 98%+ means 98% or more of the measured content is the target compound. This is the same methodology used in pharmaceutical manufacturing quality control.
