When you place an order we collect the minimum information necessary to fulfill it: your name, shipping address, email, Telegram handle, and payment information. We do not store full credit card numbers. Card payments are processed entirely by Square.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Order data is shared only with payment processors (Square, PayPal) as required to complete transactions, and with shipping carriers to fulfill delivery.
All data transmitted through our site is encrypted via HTTPS/SSL. Order records are stored on password-protected servers. Access to customer data is limited to the operator. We do not use third-party CRM tools or marketing platforms that would receive your personal data.
Our site uses your browser's localStorage to remember your shopping cart and checkout form fields between sessions. No third-party tracking cookies are set beyond standard analytics (Google Analytics), which is used in aggregate only and does not identify individual users.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via Telegram or email. We will remove your information from our records within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legal or dispute resolution purposes.
