Purchaser covenants, represents, and warrants that all products purchased from Purity Peptides are for research and development purposes only, and not for human, animal, or diagnostic use. Purchaser further covenants, represents, and warrants that Purchaser is a qualified and authorized researcher and will handle all products in strict compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including but not limited to the control of chemical substances.
Products are sold as raw materials and are not finished pharmaceutical products. They have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any therapeutic use. These products are not drugs, medications, or dietary supplements. They are sold strictly as research chemicals for laboratory use only.
All purchasers must be at least 21 years of age. By placing an order you accept these Terms of Service and confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order we cannot verify.
Any information provided on this website, in linked content, or through any communication from Purity Peptides is for educational, informational, and research purposes only and should not be construed as medical advice. Purity Peptides does not endorse or recommend the use of any product beyond its stated intended purpose of laboratory research. Purchaser acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with the handling, storage, and use of all products. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Purity Peptides, its owners, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or liabilities (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to Purchaser's purchase, possession, handling, or use of said products.
It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws - including customs and import laws - regarding the possession, use, and sale of any item purchased from Purity Peptides. By placing an order you confirm that you are in compliance with all such laws in your jurisdiction. Purity Peptides makes no representation that any product is legal in any particular jurisdiction.
Every order is covered by our shipment protection policy. Damaged on arrival: send a photo and we reship the damaged items. Missing items: send a photo of what arrived and we send what's missing. Lost in transit: once the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we reship it. Held or seized by customs: send the seizure notice and we reship once. If you'd rather not wait, you can take store credit for the affected items instead. Every claim needs that proof; without it we can't reship.
To start a claim, contact @jordanb_pp on Telegram with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant. Claims are not available for orders where tracking confirms successful delivery, or where an incorrect address was provided at checkout.
Almost every item delivers tracked (UPS or USPS in the US; courier from the manufacturer internationally) in 2-5 business days: $20 per single vial (US only), $40 per 10-vial kit in the US, $60 per kit internationally, free over $1,000. A small number of made-to-order items deliver in about 2 weeks (occasionally up to 3) at the same flat rate, free over $1,000, and are clearly marked. Orders dispatch within 2 business days of payment confirmation. International buyers assume all import responsibility and associated costs. If a package is seized by customs and the buyer provides the seizure notice, we will reship once.
Purity Peptides shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, personal injury, or property damage, arising from the purchase, receipt, handling, or use of our products. All products are sold as-is for research purposes only. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
