Every order is covered by our shipment protection policy. If your order arrives damaged, items are missing, your package does not arrive within the expected delivery window, or your shipment is held or seized by customs, we will reship your order at no additional cost.
To initiate a reship, contact @jordanb_pp on Telegram with your order number and a description of the issue. Reshipping is not available for orders where tracking confirms successful delivery, or where an incorrect address was provided at checkout.
Almost every item delivers via UPS Worldwide Expedited in 2-5 business days: $20 per single vial, $40 per kit, free over $750. A small number of made-to-order items deliver in about 2 weeks (occasionally up to 3) at a flat $40, free over $1,000, and are clearly marked. Orders dispatch within 24 hours of payment confirmation. International buyers assume all import responsibility and associated costs. If a package is held or seized by customs, we will reship at no charge.
Purity Peptides shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, personal injury, or property damage, arising from the purchase, receipt, handling, or use of our products.
