What Is SLU-PP-332?

SLU-PP-332 is a small molecule pan-agonist of ERRα, ERRβ, and ERRγ — nuclear receptors that regulate mitochondrial biogenesis and oxidative metabolism. Research has shown it activates gene programs normally induced by endurance exercise (PGC-1α pathway), improving aerobic capacity and metabolic function in sedentary animal models without exercise.
