Sourcing, website, payments, marketing, and running everything with Claude Code. Written for someone starting with nothing but the idea.
Before anything else, get Claude Code set up. This is the tool that runs the operational side of the business. It is not a regular chatbot. It actually does things: reads your files, writes to spreadsheets, scans Telegram, builds your website, automates repetitive tasks. You talk to it in plain English and it executes.
I use it to run basically everything at Purity Peptides. Order tracking, payroll, customer replies, bookkeeping, the Telegram bot, all of it. Once you have this dialed in, you will wonder how anyone runs a business without it.
Go to claude.ai/download. That is it. Open it like any normal app. Claude Code is fully built in, no setup, no terminal, no commands needed. This is where you start.
Go to claude.ai and subscribe to Claude Pro. That is all you need to use Claude Code through the desktop app. Usage is limited on this plan but it is more than enough to run your business day to day, customer replies, order tracking, reports, building your site.
| Plan | Cost | What You Get |
|---|---|---|
| Claude Pro | $17/month | Full Claude Code access via desktop app. Limited usage but plenty for running a business. Start here. |
| Claude Max | $100–200/month | Significantly more usage, not unlimited, but enough to run it all day without hitting limits. What I use personally. Upgrade once you are hitting the Pro ceiling. |
| API key | Pay per use | Only needed if you are building actual chatbots. Not required for business operations at all. |
Get the $17/month plan. That covers everything in this guide. If you end up building a Telegram bot for your customers, which I will cover later, you can add an API key at that point. You do not need it to start.
This is not a chatbot. It is a tool that operates on your actual machine. Here is what that means in practice:
ChatGPT gives you text in a browser tab. Claude Code gives you actions on your actual computer. You ask it to build your website, it builds the file. You ask it to log an order, it updates the spreadsheet. The difference is execution vs conversation.
At the start, just describe your setup in plain English, your brand, products, prices, how you take orders, your supplier. Claude holds all of it in the session. You can also ask Claude to save a summary for next time and it will handle that for you. No manual file writing needed.
On the $17 plan, usage resets. Do not burn it on long back-and-forth. Ask clearly, get the answer, move on. Save the long sessions for complex tasks where context matters.
ChatGPT gives you text. Claude Code gives you actions. It can read and edit your actual files, create new ones, run code, call APIs, update spreadsheets, and automate tasks end to end, all from a plain English instruction. Think of it as a developer and operator who never sleeps and never asks for equity.
Simple. You source research peptides at wholesale, sell them at markup to customers who find you on social media, and handle everything through Telegram and Instagram. Claude runs the backend. You handle relationships.
| Item | Example |
|---|---|
| Your cost from supplier | $250/order avg |
| Your price to customer | $500/order avg |
| Gross margin | $250 (50%) |
| 10 orders/week | ~$2,500/week profit |
| 40 orders/week | ~$10,000/week profit |
The math is straightforward. The game is volume and retention. Fast shipping and good communication keep customers coming back. That is where the real money is, repeat orders, not one-offs.
Research peptides. Legal gray market, sold as research chemicals, not for human consumption. You are not making health claims. You are connecting people with high-purity compounds they cannot easily find elsewhere. This is a real industry with real customers. Just make sure your site and packaging reflects the research-use framing consistently.
Jordan packs and ships same day. If he is low on stock, the order ships from his vetted manufacturer and arrives within 1 week in most cases. Still US domestic, still tracked, still way faster than any overseas vendor. This is your biggest edge.
Most people in this market go quiet for days. Reply within a few hours on Telegram and you are already ahead of the competition.
A professional-looking site tells customers you are legitimate. In a market full of sketchy operations, looking clean is a competitive advantage.
Bad product kills retention instantly. Source verified. Do not cut corners here.
Where you get your product determines everything, your margins, your lead times, your quality, your risk, and how much headache you take on. There are two real paths. Here is the honest breakdown of both.
Start with PP partner fulfillment. Zero risk, no capital tied up in product, no customs headaches, and same-day shipping with COAs on everything that keeps customers happy. Once you have consistent order volume, and you actually understand what your customers buy, then you can look at overseas sourcing for your top SKUs to improve margins. Do not start on hard mode. Get revenue first.
Most people going the overseas route get scammed multiple times before they find a legitimate vendor. Fake labs, ghost vendors after payment, low-purity or counterfeit product, no recourse at all since it is all crypto. Budget for losing 2-3 test orders before you find someone real. This is not hypothetical, it is the norm.
Most overseas vendors are middlemen or low-quality labs. Finding a real one means months of forum research, test orders, and third-party lab testing. Budget time and money just for the vetting phase before you ever sell a unit.
International peptide shipments get seized regularly. Some vendors reship, some ghost you. Either way you eat the loss. Factor a 10-20% seizure rate into your unit economics or you will be surprised.
Cold storage, vials, packaging, ice packs, shipping labels, you are doing all of this yourself on every order. It is doable but it is work, and it ties up your time in fulfillment instead of sales.
This is the easiest way to get operational fast. You take the order, forward it to me with the customer's address, I ship it under your brand. You never touch the product. All you manage is the customer relationship and the markup.
Message @jordanb_pp on Telegram and ask for the wholesale price list. That is your cost. Set your customer prices at 2x, that is the standard in this market and still competitive against overseas-only sellers.
They find you on TikTok, DM you on Telegram, agree on the order. They pay you in full, USDT, Zelle, Cash App, whatever you set up. You collect before you place anything.
Send me the order details and your customer's shipping address. Pay at the wholesale rate. I pack it and ship it same day. If I am low on stock, it ships from my vetted manufacturer and arrives within 1 week. COA on request.
I can put your custom vial labels on the product. Customer receives a package that looks like it came from your brand. They never know I exist. That builds your brand loyalty, not mine.
I give you tracking once shipped. You forward it to the customer. Claude can help you manage this automatically if you want to get fancy with it.
Do not overthink the catalog. Start with the stuff that moves. These are the top sellers across pretty much every reseller right now:
Most of your buyers are first-timers. They want one vial, not a kit. Single vials are easier to mark up and customers are far less price-sensitive on them. Kit pricing (10-packs) attracts comparison shoppers who will grind you on price. Start with singles, build trust, let repeat customers ask about bulk. Do not lead with kits.
2x is the floor, not the ceiling. Do not race to the bottom trying to undercut. You win on speed and service, a customer who gets fast domestic shipping and a reply within an hour will gladly pay more than they would from a slow competitor. Compete on experience, not price.
Customers will use these terms. Know what they mean so you can answer confidently.
Your website is your converter. TikTok traffic lands there, decides you are legit, and reaches out. It does not need to be complicated, a clean, professional single page with your catalog and a contact point is all you need.
No developer. No Shopify. No monthly platform fee. You describe what you want, Claude writes a complete HTML file, you upload it to your host. Done in under an hour.
You need a domain name and hosting. The whole setup takes under 30 minutes. Claude Code can walk you through every step if you get stuck.
Go to hostinger.com. Pick any shared hosting plan, the cheapest one works. Pick your domain during checkout (something like apexpeptides.com). Cost: $3-10/month. Simple dashboard, no tech knowledge needed.
If anything confuses you in the dashboard, describe it to Claude. "I am in hPanel, I see File Manager and DNS settings, where do I upload my site?" It tells you exactly what to click.
In hPanel, go to File Manager → public_html. Delete the default placeholder files. Upload the index.html Claude wrote. Your site is live at your domain immediately.
New products, price changes, new section, tell Claude, it edits the file, you re-upload. Done in two minutes.
This is puritypeptides.us, built with Claude Code. Dark brand, product catalog, age gate, mobile-friendly. One HTML file on Hostinger. This is your benchmark for what your site should look like.
This is puritypeptides.us, built with Claude Code. This is your benchmark.
You are in a gray market so traditional payment processors are not reliable. Here is what actually works:
Most customers in this space already have it. Near-zero fees on Polygon, instant settlement, no chargebacks. Set up a MetaMask or Trust Wallet, put your address on your site and Telegram. This is your primary.
Great for US customers paying from a bank account. Free, instant. Keep individual transactions reasonable and you are fine.
Works well, wide adoption. Make sure your profile is private, you do not want your transaction history public. Business Venmo gives you more flexibility.
You can create a payment link for a specific amount through Square and send it to customers. Useful for customers who want to pay by card. Square is more tolerant than Stripe for gray market stuff but accounts can still get flagged, keep an eye on it.
Solid backup. Instant, irreversible. Share your $cashtag on Telegram and your site.
Never take PayPal on goods and services. One chargeback from a customer claiming they never received the "item" and your account is frozen. Stripe will just terminate you outright. Stick to the options above. Payment is always collected before you place an order with your supplier, no exceptions.
The best converting channel I have found, by a lot, is cold outreach on TikTok through Filipino VAs recruited on OnlineJobs.ph, pointing people to the website link. That is the strategy that drives consistent daily orders at PP. Here is exactly how it works.
Post a job for a social media outreach assistant. Pay $3-5/hour. Filipino VAs are great, fluent English, reliable, used to this kind of work. You want people who can message naturally and work independently. Interview a few and trial the best one first.
Before any DM, the VA leaves a natural, conversational comment on TikTok videos about peptides, weight loss, biohacking, or fitness. Never mention peptides or your brand in the comment, just be a real person engaging. This warms the account so the DM does not come completely cold.
Short, natural message to people who engage with that content or follow relevant accounts. Conversational, not a pitch. Drop your website link as a resource. The site does the converting, not the DM.
VAs generate the lead. You handle every reply from someone who is actually interested. Do not let VAs try to close. The conversion rate is way higher when a real person, you, handles the interested leads.
Sending someone to a clean professional site before they ever talk to you builds trust that a cold DM alone cannot. By the time they message you, they are already pre-sold on legitimacy. This single insight is the biggest converter in the whole strategy.
Same playbook as TikTok. Comment first, DM after. Higher intent audience, slightly lower volume. Good secondary channel.
Educational content about peptides, longevity, biohacking. Slow to build but compounds over time. Good supplementary traffic once you are established.
r/Peptides, r/PeptidesForWeightloss. Provide real value in comments for a while before ever mentioning your brand. Spamming gets you banned instantly.
Every customer who orders goes into your channel. New arrivals, promos, restocks. Your best source of repeat business is customers who already trust you.
This is the move most resellers skip and it is one of the highest-leverage things you can do. Create a Telegram group, not just a channel, and migrate every customer into it. Let them talk to each other.
A new buyer who is on the fence will scroll the group and see real people talking about their results, asking questions, and getting replies. That is social proof you cannot fake. It converts faster than any sales message you could write.
Customers who are part of your community feel invested. They come back because they belong somewhere, not just because they need product. Retention goes up significantly once someone is in the group.
Name it your brand name. Set a description: "Official community for [Brand] customers. Research peptides, results, questions." Pin a welcome message with your contact and ordering info.
As soon as someone receives their order, invite them. "Hey, just wanted to add you to our community group, lot of good people in there talking about protocols and results." Keep it casual.
Make the group feel like the inside track. "Retatrutide just came back in stock, group gets first access." People stay in groups that give them value before the general public.
Once it has 20-30 active members, new customers you add will see real conversations already happening. You barely have to say anything. The group sells itself.
Telegram is the best option for this space. The audience is already there, privacy-focused, and comfortable with crypto and gray market topics. Discord works too if your buyers skew younger. Do not use Facebook groups, accounts get flagged.
There is no manual. You just talk to it. Tell Claude what you need in plain English and it does it. The more context you give it upfront, the less you have to explain later.
When you open Claude Code for the first time, describe your business. Your brand name, what you sell, your prices, your supplier, your payment methods, how you communicate with customers. Do this once. Claude holds all of it from that point forward and every request you make builds on it.
This is the first real task. Tell Claude exactly what you want and it writes the entire HTML file. You do not need to know how to code.
That is it. Iterate from there. "Make the hero section bigger." "Add Retatrutide to the catalog at $X." "Change the teal to a darker shade." Every change is one sentence.
Claude Code handles any task you describe. You do not need to learn software, you just need to explain what you want clearly.
"Log this order to my sheet and draft a confirmation for the customer." Claude logs it and writes the message.
"Here is a customer asking about BPC-157 dosing. Draft a reply." Claude writes the response in your tone.
"Update my site with these new prices and add Tesa to the catalog." One prompt, done in seconds.
"Categorize this month's transactions by income channel and supplier cost." Paste your bank export, get a P&L.
Give context. Bad prompt: "fix my site." Good prompt: "My site is a peptide research brand, dark theme, the product prices are outdated, update BPC-157 10mg to $85 and add Retatrutide 2mg for $120." The more you put in, the less back-and-forth you need.
Do not overthink this. One step at a time. Here is the exact order to do things.
Download the desktop app at claude.ai/download. Subscribe to Claude Pro ($17/month). Open Claude Code and describe your business to it: your brand, products, prices, how you take orders, your supplier. Tell it once, it knows from there. This is your foundation.
Message me on Telegram at @jordanb_pp. Get the wholesale price list. Understand what is in stock, what the lead times are, how the custom label process works. Do this before you take a single order.
Tell Claude your brand name, your colors, your products and prices. It builds the site. Buy a Hostinger domain ($5-10/month). Upload the file. You are live.
Get a USDT wallet on Polygon (MetaMask is fine), set up Venmo Business, Cash App, Zelle. Create a Telegram account for your brand. Put all your payment options on your site and in your Telegram bio.
Create a sales log. Set up Google service account access so Claude can read and write it. From this point, every order logs with one sentence to Claude.
Do a small test order with me to make sure the flow works end to end. Check the shipping time, check the packaging, make sure the custom labels look right if you went that route.
Hire your first VA. Trial them for a week. Set the quota at 40 non-Philippines contacts per week. Comment first, then DM, always drop the website link. Claude generates their performance report weekly.
Your first 20-30 customers are handled personally by you. This is how you learn what questions come up, what objections people have, what products convert. Do not hand this off early.
After 30 days you will know what is working. Which products sell. Which messages convert. Which VA is performing. Use that data to scale, more VAs, more SKUs, maybe a second channel. Claude generates the weekly summary that shows you exactly where to focus.
You do not need any of this to start. But once you are running real volume, Claude Code can build you a custom Telegram bot that handles customer FAQs 24/7, logs orders to your sheet automatically, and sends you a nightly summary of everything that happened. No manual copy-paste. Just wake up, read the summary, act on what needs action.
When you are getting 20+ DMs a day and answering the same questions repeatedly, ask Claude to build you a bot. It is a few hours of setup and it runs forever.
Always "research chemicals, not for human consumption." On your site, on your labels, everywhere. This is how the industry operates and it keeps you on the right side of things.
Zelle and Venmo will occasionally flag unusual inflows. Have backup accounts ready. It is an operational nuisance, not the end of the world. Spread transactions across platforms and do not put all your volume through one account.
Build a 15-20% seizure rate into your unit economics before you commit to overseas sourcing. Vendors who promise "100% delivery guarantee" are lying. Go in with eyes open.
Message @jordanb_pp on Telegram. Getting sourcing right before you take your first order is the single most important thing in this whole guide.
The operations run on Claude Code. The business runs on relationships. One supplier, one VA, one customer. Scale from there.
US warehouse · Typically 3-5 days, up to 1 week if low stock · Custom labels · Wholesale pricing.
