We collect only what is needed to fulfill your order: name, shipping address, and Telegram handle. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Card payments are processed by Square and never stored by us.
All data transmitted through our site is encrypted via HTTPS/SSL. Payment processing is handled by Square and PayPal, both PCI-DSS compliant. We never store full payment card details on our servers.
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 2PM CT ship the same day. You will receive tracking information via Telegram or email once your order ships.
COAs are linked directly on product cards in our catalog for all stocked compounds. Click "VIEW" on any product to access the full lab document before purchasing. All COAs are supplier-provided and HPLC-verified.

If your order arrives damaged, is clearly missing items, or does not arrive at all within the expected delivery window, we will reship your order at no additional cost.
There are no refunds on research compounds. All sales are final. However, if there is a legitimate issue with your shipment, we stand behind every order and will make it right.
To initiate a reship, message @JordanB_PP on Telegram with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within a few hours and resolve same-day where possible.

International buyers: Single vials are not available for international shipping at this time. All international orders must be 10-vial kits. Kit orders ship in 2-5 business days worldwide via our supplier's multi-country warehouse network or expedited international shipping, whichever is fastest for your region. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. If a package is seized by customs, we will reship at no additional cost under our shipment protection policy.
Every compound we stock is tested by a third-party laboratory before it ships. Here is the full methodology.
All compounds are tested using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), the industry-standard analytical method for verifying peptide identity and purity. Each batch receives a Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming the result.
Testing is performed by our supplier's accredited third-party laboratory. COAs are available for all stocked compounds and are published directly on product cards in our catalog.
We require a minimum purity of 99%+ on all batches. Compounds that do not meet this threshold are not stocked or shipped.
HPLC separates a dissolved sample through a pressurized column and produces a chromatographic profile. This profile is compared against a certified reference standard to confirm:
This is the same methodology used in pharmaceutical manufacturing QC. A COA with an HPLC purity result of 99%+ is the gold standard for research peptide verification.
Note on independent testing: We currently publish supplier-provided COAs. Independent third-party re-testing of inventory samples is planned as we scale. The methodology is identical, only the testing party differs.
